Prior to founding WFT in 2000, Radhakrishnan held management positions in Deloite Consulting and Hewlett-Packard in Europe. While at HP Ganesh managed HP’s SAP testing labs and lead the HP team that developed server cluster services. Prior to HP, Radhakrishnan was a technology advisor and consultant to Kuwait government.
In addition to founding WFT in the U.S. and creating WFT’s India Operations group, Radhakrishnan is also the visionary behind WFT’s Mozhi software for SAP. WFT’s Mozhi provides SAP GUI automation for such tasks as an SAP Refresh or disaster recovery restart. Radhakrishnan holds U.S. Patents on Buffered Mouse, advanced degrees in Math & Computer Science and graduated in the Top 10 from the prestigious India Institute of Technology.
As One of the founding employees and principals of Wharfedale, Mahesh Reddy is responsible for ensuring Wharfedale stays in the lead by developing leading-edge solutions and has been a driving force behind SAP integration and technology developments for the past 7 years.
Mr. Reddy has overall responsibility for solutions integration and technical content. He’s also responsible for recommending and guiding the appropriate technology solutions to the multiple SME teams within the company.
As an 18-year technology industry veteran with experience in business continuance and disaster recovery implementations, his core experience is in building the infrastructure necessary to run the enterprise applications and services. Mr. Reddy’s prior experience is in the areas of systems administration and networking.
Mr. Reddy holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Networking and certifications in SAP NetWeaver 04, EMC, NetApp and Cisco.
Gadura comes to WFT from UNISYS, where he had overall responsibility for service delivery for the key clients in the Philadelphia region. At WFT, Gadura is responsible for overall consulting services operations, technical staffing, and delivery management. A 16 year industry veteran, Gadura has been instrumental in the growth and success of WFT.
With over 15 years of IT experience, Catherine Tseng is the program director for Wharfedale. Her responsibilities include pre-sales, business development and management of services for complex, large-scale SAP transformation to cloud solutions for customers in domestic and international markets.
Included in these services are SAP platform migration to public/private cloud, SAP HANA upgrade, data center migration, business continuity, high availability and disaster recovery. Other responsibilities included RFPs, statement of work development and contract negotiations.
Prior to joining Wharfedale in 2012, Ms. Tseng was responsible for EMC Professional Services Business Continuance Practice where she directed a team of senior project managers in various complex system integration/data migration projects for Global 2000 accounts.
Ms. Tseng also had extensive experience at AT&T where she managed the full life cycle software development project for AT&T which included clients such as Nippon Telephone and Telegraph (NTT) and Beijing Telephone Administration (BTA).
Ms. Tseng holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and is PMP certified from Project Management Institute.
Anil is a senior technology executive with 20 years of experience driving customer success and leading strategic sales initiatives for the enterprise software and consulting services space. In those 20 years, he has gained hands-on leadership experience in organically growing a business, managing domestic and international P&L operations, delivering organizational growth for product sales and consulting businesses while focused on the relentless pursuit of driving customer business value and successful outcomes. Anil also has specific expertise in SAP Enterprise on-premise and cloud offerings with a specialization in conducting business in the areas of compliance and localization for Latin America.
Surendra Lingala has been with Wharfedale since 2011 and leads the SAP Basis Practice delivery & innovation. He has more than 15 years of experience in SAP and expertise in SAP NetWeaver administration. He has been part of Wharfedale’s development and worked extensively in SAP platform innovations, datacenter center migrations, SAP technical consulting, SAP platform migrations to private/public cloud and SAP OS/DB migrations.
Mr. Lingala leads Wharfedale’s efforts to establish, implement SAP best practices and processes while working extensively on SAP Platform Migrations to S/4HANA as well.
Prior to joining Wharfedale, Lingala worked in various roles such SAP Technical Architect, SAP Migration expert and consultant. He worked on SAP data center migrations, SAP OS/DB migrations, Green Field implementations and played as off-shore SAP Lead. Mr. Lingala Holds a Master’s degree in MSIT and Certified in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP OSDB Migrations.
Tammy has been working in the Microsoft ecosystem for the past 6 years gaining experience in device sales, IT support sales, partner development, and service desk support.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Tammy was fortunate enough to live on a lake most of her life and enjoy the outdoors.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Gary, her daughters, Ashley and Lindsey, and her pets, Cooper and Peaka. An avid football fan, you can usually find Tammy on the weekends during football season, cheering on her local team the NDSU Bison and the Minnesota Vikings. Some other things Tammy enjoys to do include cooking for family and friends, camping, and traveling.
